Open the Valor app.
Go to your Valor wallet.
Your available balance is the cashback you can withdraw now.
Cashback from recent purchases shows as pending until its 1-week hold ends.
Scroll down to see your past purchases and earlier cashback.
Don't see a purchase yet?
After your purchase posts to your card, your cashback shows up as pending. Smaller banks, credit unions and weekend purchases can take longer to reach us.
Cashback is held for 1 week before you can withdraw it.
Make sure the merchant is a Valor partner (you can check the map in the app) and that you paid with a linked card.
If your cashback is still pending more than 1 week after your purchase, or the purchase never showed up at all, message us in the app and a team member will look into it. See "Why isn't my recent purchase showing in my cashback?"
