Create your account. Sign up with your phone number and email.
Verify your military status. You'll verify automatically through SheerID when you sign up. If SheerID can't verify you, a person on our team can verify you with a document. See "How to verify your military status."
Link your card. Securely connect your debit or credit card in the app.
Shop as usual. Pay with your linked card at partner merchants. Find them on the map in the app.
Get your cashback. After your purchase posts to your card, your cashback shows up as pending. It's held for 1 week, then you can withdraw it to your linked debit card from your Valor wallet. Withdrawals arrive in 1–5 business days, with no fees.
