Where Can I Use Valor?
Participating Valor Merchants: Discounts apply only when you shop or dine at Valor-approved businesses.
Check the Map View in the Valor App: Use the app’s Map View to find eligible merchants near you and discover where you can earn automatic cashback.
Not Available for Delivery Services: Transactions made through third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub) do not qualify for Valor discounts. To ensure your discount applies, pay with your linked card directly at the merchant’s physical location.

Cash Out Anytime once you’ve accumulated cashback in your Valor account. Depending on your bank it may take up to 3 days for transaction to become visible in your account.
