Once you cash out, it typically takes 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
You can check the status of your transfer in the Wallet screen—your payout should appear under your transactions.
If it has been more than three business days, try the following:
Check your bank account – Ensure the deposit hasn’t already arrived.
Verify your linked account – Make sure the payout was sent to the correct bank account.
If you still don’t see your money after three business days, reach out to us—we’ll look into it and make it right!
