This delay is more common with smaller banks and credit unions, as their processing times can be longer.
If it has been more than three days and you still don’t see your transaction, try the following:
Check your linked card – Make sure you used the same card that’s linked to Valor.
Confirm the merchant – Ensure the transaction was made at a participating Valor merchant.
If your transaction still isn’t showing up after three days, let us know—we’ll look into it and make it right!
