Tracking your cashback in Valor is simple. You can view your Available Balance, Incoming Savings, and past transactions directly in the Wallet page.
Steps to Check Your Earnings:
Open the Valor App.
Tap on the “Wallet” tab at the bottom of the screen.
View Your Available Balance at the top, which shows your total cashback earned.
Look at “Pending Transactions” to see recent purchases that are still processing.
Scroll to “Past Transactions” to review previous cashback earnings.
🔹 Why Isn’t My Cashback Showing?
Cashback usually appears within 3 days after your purchase is processed.
If it’s not showing in Pending Transactions, ensure the merchant is a participating Valor location (use the app’s Map View).
If it’s been over 7 days, contact Valor Support for assistance
