If you didn’t receive your Valor discount, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1️⃣ Check if the Merchant is a Valor Partner
Valor only works at participating businesses.
Open the Valor app and use the Map View to confirm if the merchant is eligible.
2️⃣ Make Sure You Paid with a Linked Card
Cashback only applies to purchases made with a linked debit or credit card.
Double-check that your card was properly connected before the transaction.
3️⃣ Wait for the Transaction to Process
Cashback usually appears within 3 few days (once the transaction settles).
If it’s been over 3 days, contact Valor Support for assistance.
4️⃣ Did You Use a Third-Party Service?
Delivery orders through Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. do not qualify.
To earn cashback, you must pay in-store at a Valor merchant.
