If you're waiting on an email to finish signing up or verifying, try these steps.
1. Check every folder
Look in Spam, Junk, Promotions, Updates and Other for an email about verifying your military status. It may come from SheerID, our verification partner.
2. Check the email address
Make sure you signed up with the right address. Small typos are common, like gmail instead of yahoo or .con instead of .com.

Reply in the Valor support chat in the app. Include:
The name, phone number and email address you signed up with
The correct email address, if you think you typed it wrong
We'll verify you by document instead. See "How to verify your military status" for what to send. A person on our team reviews it, usually within 1–3 business days. If your email was typed wrong, we'll fix it once you're verified.
